Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cook My Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
Use of Service
Cook My Content grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your personal or business content creation. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Cook My Content a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology, designs, and branding remain the exclusive property of Cook My Content Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
Payment & Billing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which charges you in your local currency where available and adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change applies to your subscription.
Free Trial & Auto-Renewal
New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again.
Credits
Each plan makes one kind of reel: Classic makes video edits from your clips, Signature makes story reels from your photos. Video edits are paid for with credits. The Classic plan includes a monthly credit allowance and Signature a monthly number of photo reels, both renewing with each billing period; unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over or carry cash value. The credits an edit will use are shown before you submit it. If an edit fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cook My Content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
