Payment details are collected and held by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we never see your card. We also collect usage data, device information and cookies to improve your experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send you product updates and marketing communications (with your consent), and to comply with legal obligations.
Content Processing
Clips, photos and logos you upload are processed solely to make the content you request, including by AI models run through our infrastructure providers. We do not sell your uploads or use them for advertising. You can delete any finished reel and its files from your Library at any time.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure), subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, analyze usage patterns, and personalize your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Data Retention
We keep your account data while your account is open. You can delete a single reel from your Library, or your whole account from Settings → Account & Data, which removes your login, uploads, reels and order history. Payment and invoice records are retained by Dodo Payments as tax law requires.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal information.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability. You can download your data and delete your account yourself from Settings → Account & Data, or contact us to exercise any other right.
